This battery to battery charger (Herein designated a BB) is a device typically installed between a starter battery(input) and a house / domestic / service battery (output). The BB is designed to utilise your alternator whilst yourengine is running and transfer an optimised charge to your rear batteries. It is designed to work with vehicles (old/ new) and (boats old / new). We recommend on all BB systems to have an alternator that is at least 20% morepowerful than the BB input demand, so as to protect your alternator from being overworked.. This BB chargesboth lead acid style batteries and lithium batteries.
